85-86 350x interchangability ?

can i use a axle and sprocket setup from an 85 in an 86 carrier?? the sprockets mount differently, wondering if any clearance issues?

You just have to switch to the taper head bolts and countersink the sprocket, or buy another sprocket. Otherwise, they hit the carrier :)

I need a new axle for mine, thats great that an 85 model can be used, they seem much more plentiful.
