View Full Version : Does this NOS rack fit a BW200 or a BW350?

I got this NOS cargo rack from an old Yamaha dealer in Tennessee a several years ago. He told me it was for a BW but I do not remember if it was a 200 or 350. I think it fits a 200 but I wanted to make sure.

If you look here http://www.cycleracks.com/ ,they have racks for the BW's 200 and the 350. They both look the same from the pics, but not sure. I have a BW 350, so if you want to sent it to me I could mount it up and I'll let u know :D .

The racks in that link are different. mine does not have that big swoop portion on the back.

I like the NOS rack better than the aftermarket - but want to make a custom set of aluminum racks...

That would be cool. I found a box today that rack will fit in, so I guess it is time to sell it.

The last one I saw on ebay was around $50-100,I thought of grabbing it.But Ill never get a BW.

I really wanted the complete set for a while. But I finally realized I just have too much going on.

I would be very interested ni buying factory racks (front/back) for the BW350 and a factory front for the BW200...

This rack fit my 85 Bw200 beautifully, Thank you for the smooth transaction. And Rally, why would you want BW racks, they don't burn very well! LOL I would think the front racks are the same if you hadn't realized that already.

VM, it takes an act of congress and global revelation before I even begin to REALIZE anything..... so hold your breath for an epiphany :crazy:

- get me a close up picture of the label on the back of that rack... I want to read it and maybe re-produce it for the one I spent so much time blasting / painting..

The rear racks are not the same for any of the BW's.
Front are interchangeable for the 200 & 350
