I CAN'T remove carrier bearings!!!

Man, i'm trying everything. It's soaking in PB blaster right now. I tried heating it up with a propane torch till it was cherry and beating it out to no avail. If I can at least get one side out and take the collar out I know i'll be able to get at the second one much easier. But I can't for the life of me get one out!! The swing arm is pretty much crap, I dont know why i bought it off of the kid to begin with. I just didn't want my rounded 83 style :rolleyes: Anyone have any advice???

nevermind i got them out...wheeeeeeeeew!!

But how on earth do u get the needle bearings out? I dont even understand how they would come out? There is nothing to hit against or anything. Does the center shaft come out or something?

my clymers manual says they are pressed in.
it also says to take to a dealer to have replaced,,, maybe somebody will have a idea how to remove with out taking to a dealer,,, i have never had to fiddle with them myself (thank goodness !)
