i am getti really pi$$ed off now bout to fip out on some one or many people now done with keep asking time for pushing action. here is the reason i am pi$$ed i ordered a CT racing head for my 350x from ebay which was portedand polished and has over size valves need a new valve cause it dropped a valve but my honda guy said that is no prob buy it up he told me if i come across any parts from these guys and fe others dont hesatate buy them up he use to race and build honda 3wheelers util he hurt his back. but as u prolly geussed by now yet have recieved it yet ad its been over a month now cause i paid for it aug 16th any body body got any suggestions for me to help me get this part seems like my ways dont seem to be working and i am irrate now help this fellow 3wheeler out

Hey, the guy is pissed. We have all been there, just contact Paypal, (hopefully you paid that way) and tell them it has been 6 weeks without any kind of contact and no item. They should make it right with you and penalize that other member.

Have you tried contacting the seller and see if he shipped it yet?

Contact the seller for shipment info/tracking number. If you paid with PayPal, start a dispute. Get on this if this is the case. There's a limited time frame for opening one. If you paid with a postal money order, you'll have to contact the post office and see what kind of recourse you have. If you paid with a money order from your bank, contact them. I think with any other payment method, you're SOL. I would start with contacting the seller. Stuff gets lost all the time so that's possible. I think you waited a long time to start looking into this though. If my stuff hasn't arrived in 10 days, I get on the seller's case. That's more than enough time to get the item(s) packaged and shipped.

You need to contact EBAY, and have Ebay get involved with contacting the Seller. If you have correspondance with the seller you can attach them to the message you send to Ebay. Go to the HELP section on Ebay and follow the steps, I had to do it before.
