Intake question

I bought an 84 atc 250r and was wondering if there was an aftermarket intake that you could buy to fit a 34 mm mikuni. I bought it with this carb on it but it was just rigged up with a rubber hose that was clamped onto the stock intake.

i think the 83-86 250r intake boots are all the same

no the 83-84 are straight and the 85-86 vere to the left some

also post pics becouse if it had a hose clamped in between good chance is that you may have an aftermarket one allready, since the factory ones wernt like that.

actually...I think there is. Measure it, go to autozone, and check out their selection of import car intake things.

I have the staight factory one with a piece of rubber hose that is put over top of the stock intake. It defeats the purpose of having a bigger carb with the stock intake. I was just wondering with the 85-86 angled intake would it work and also i think i will probably have to get a different filter. Im running a pod k&n but it is to big to be bent over to the side. Wish they made a straight one that would work for a 34mm.
