1978 Arctic cat jag 3000 F/A

I was just wonder what kind of aftermarket parts were sold for this sled or what mods you can do to this sled.

So I was digging around my garage today and found a 500cc motor that I pulled out of a 1979 El-tigre 5000 F/A, so it got my thinking why not stuff it into the Jag 3000 and make it a 5000 Jag, the only problem is that the pick up coil is bad on the 500cc motor and I was wondering if the one in the 340cc motor would fit in the 500cc motor?

do they look the same? if they do try it you cant hurt anything trying it

that year of jag is identical to the 73-75 el tigres except the hood and dash, so any performance parts for the el tigre will work on the jag
