Ok, well, today I went to the honda store to pick up the brake pads for my BigRed. Well while i was there i decided to look at the fourwheelers. And toward the back of the room, I saw it!! is a Honda Foreman ES! its red, 4x4, automatic, power steering, it has the extra 12v accessory plug on the back. Its just beautiful, its a lazy boys dream. And its only $6,500. Ive been looking for a 4 wheeler for a while now. and i want something reliable. I was looking at a used 1998 Polaris sportsman 500 for $3,500. But id rather pay more to get a good, reliable, hardworking, new 4 wheeler.
I talked to my mom, and she said, we can go look at it. She said if i really want it, she will buy it, and only make me pay back half. But this will be my birthday, and christmas money.
Do you think i should go for it, and try to get it? Im kindof thinking of waiting a month or two, and see if they go on sale, due to alot of people dont buy new 4 wheelers during winter.
tell me what you think, should i get it as soon as i can, or wait?

i think the way things are now that that is a low ''sale'' price.
plus you can try to talk them down but at that price i doubt you can much.

the new hondas are junk, im a honda fan and have no problme saying that, your 85 big red will be more reiable than any 08 09 honda, my step father has a o8 foreman, 1st and second gear are shot, and the first set was coverd under warnty, save your self the headache and stay away.

I've heard some people have bad luck with new hondas, and some have really good luck with them. I'm wanting a 4 wheeler so I can ride with a little more ease. What's the better four wheeler to get? I was thinking of a Polaris or Honda.

both about the same, unless the newer Polaris have gotten any better, dads got an 02 sportsman it IMO its junk, I would look for a 90's 300 Honda 4 trax they are bullet proof, easy to handle, and parts are easy to find. then again im a guy who would rather be on 3 than 4, so i dunno what that's worth haha

new hondas have ZERO power...first is always geared to low for mudding.

Yea, I'd love a grizzly, but I can't afoord one of those. I want new so I can have a warranty. So if or when something goes wrong, I'm safe!

Not a 4x4 fan or really even a suzuki fan but a brand new 09 suzuki 700 4x4 is $5,900 at a local dealer here in WI, and thats without even dealing.

There a volume dealer and have great prices....they also have killer deals on non-currents. The next new machine I buy is going to come from there. They also sell a full line of yamaha, kawasaki, and polaris. Ken's Sports in Little Chute, WI.

hattiesburg motorsports is like that.
they were 1k less than the local dealer before haggling.
I have always been an Arctic cat fan. They have a great warranty but i have never had to use it. Prices are affordable, nice ground clearance, full locker, no sway bar ( which is good and bad depending on your riding ). I think steel horses is up your way also. they have the lowest prices in the country because they are a very high volume dealer.
