Mound's ride, Who's in & what date ???

I was talking with Tapper and we were thinking of getting a group to go out and hit the Mound's sometime in the near future but need to get some date's figured out.The thing is that a few of us are gonna be in the field's taking off the crop's and Mi. deer season is basically upon us rite now,but we'd like too figure something out.It does'nt matter to me if were out in the snow or not and the Mound's is open 364 day's a year except for christmas so basically any date would work for me.

So with that being said let's hear some idea's on date's of when we can get this ride going and who think's they will make it.As far as me I guess I'll wait too see what everybody want's too do,but like I said I could care less if there's snow or not.So who's in and what date's would work for ya?Put yourself on the list below gang..

where is this place and do the trikes have to be licened?

It's in Michigan, about 15 mins east of Flint. All you need is an ORV sticker that you buy in Michigan. It's a good idea to have ownership for your trike when crossing the boarder ;)

Well the 14th is'nt gonna work for me guy's ,it's the day before the deer gun opener here in Michigan ,maybe you guy's should count me out of this one cuz with the crop's coming off now until who know's when and deer hunting I'm honestly booked until Dec. at the earliest,unless you all wanna wait till then,but I don't wanna put a anchor on you guy's going riding.I mite be able to do something the 1st weekend of Nov.~ but I still gotta say it's up in the air.

That's fine by me, one of the main reasons I'm going is to see you Roger ;) . I can wait until your free for a Saturday of riding.

I am available for this get together as my surgery has been put off until sometime in January, 2010. My doc is sending me to a specialist in this type of surgery and I can't get an appointment until Jan. 5, 2010

I'm going to wait until Roger and Joe are free to join us. They are still in the beans and almost into the corn harvest, along with tying to get a big white tail! I think we'll be into the snow when they are finally able to ride. I'll keep you posted.....

Hey guy's it's gonna be awhile until me and Joe are gonna be able to go to the mound's or even Bundy Hill either Ditchmud.I hate too see you guy's waiting on us to go riding and honestly it does look like at least a couple more week's the corn is almost there but not yet Pop's said and me and Joe gotta go by what he say's,LOL... When is Bundy Hill done Rich?? I'd like to hit that before year's end if possible..The mound's is open every day except x-mas .

I heard some bad things about the Mounds last weekend down at the gravel pit, But I'd still like to check it out for myself.
Can we come up with a date for this?? December something... I hate to be a pusher but I need to specify a weekend so I can get time off of work.

I was waiting for Roger to say when he was able to ride, ;) I'm starting to get the itch to go, I haven't been out since Silverlake back in Sept.!!!! :rolleyes:

If I make it it will be on the blaster:( . Red R is torn down for the winter/ restoration and the black one started smoking pretty heavy last time out so I think it needs crank seals. I know I'll never get the Z to ride if Shannon comes along so it's the blaster or the 125M:lol:

If this ever happens I'll try and make it . I can bring a 2 or 4 wheeler . Trike is down right now.
