I've got an 1984 125 M, and its beat. Horribly beat. But she runs like a top. It needs a tank, but i cant spend the money on a plastic one. Also, what, if any, atvs came with a 1 piece rear wheell with a 4 x 130 bolt pattern? Or, if its possible, what hubs will fit on the stock axle? Is there anything I can swap out from another trike for some performance, like a 200x front end, or a wider axle? Any performance exhausts?

Here's a wheel chart that may help some.

cobra makes an exhaust for the 125m
200X, 250X, 300ex, 400ex, and 450R hubs all work on stock axle, but they're 4x110 bolt pattern so you would need wheels to match, also 300ex, 400ex, and 450R will widen your wheels

Well, i think im going to go with the 450R hubs to add some width and get some wheel choice, but something that might be of interest is that the ATC185's and ATC200S, E, and M, all use the same axle bearings as the 125m and use the same brake shoes also. I dont know how much wider the axle is, but im sure that its wider, and it might just swap over. Anybody wanna try?
