Ive seen this same set-up before at a hillclimb in Avoca NY. Didnt get a chance to talk to the guys or get any pics tho. Wish i would have now. It was a really nice bike too that had a fold down ramp for him to just wheel right into and strap down. I would have the same set-up if i was in his place.
