Hi everyone

Im working out some plans for my 200es rear suspension idea................but i've come across a problem.
You know how the hitch has two lengths of metal that go up the side and attatch to the frame????? Well if it had rear suspension id not be able to use them, and i was wondering if i just bolted it too the diff like usual and cut those steel things off would it be risking cracking the cast alloy on the diff??? or are these things pretty strong????

if anyone has any ideas they would be appreciated too

thanks in advance

hmmm, Good question.
My thoughts ( if your using a 84 TRX200 rear end ). They had a trailer hitch on the trx's. They didn't have the arms going to the frame either. So you should be good to go. If you can find a TRX rear end you might ask if they have the oem hitch also.

We made this hitch for our 200es, because the previous owner lost the one it came with. We only use it for light duties, such as towing other bikes, it seems to be holding up well so far :)
