banshee silencer on a 250r?

hey i was wondering if the stock silencer off of a banshee would be better then the stock muffler on a 81 250r. my 250r is bored 20 over

im asking because i can get one for cheap.

They are definately lighter,and very quiet..

And you will have to cut the front pipe down and expand it some to fit the OEM head pipe.

In any sense, I wouldnt pay a nickel for one..

I for one have taken at least 10 of the damn things to the scrap pile because nobody wants stock banshee pipes.
Ask around, someone will give you one, and a beer, to get it out of their way.
