I'm trying to fix up the ole big red, and have a couple of questions you all have probably been asked many times. 1. what color red do you recommend to match the tank and forks back to original? 2. Where can i find oem decals. 3. The plastic is in great shape, just dull. So I sanded a spot with 1000 grit then hit it with some tire shine and it looked like new. Is this a common method of bringing back the plastic? THANKS

Hondas name for their red is passion red. Do not know the code. I have gotten all my decals from a member on these boards. Check with Harlan and see what he has. I have used a red rustoleum paint on a 83 200e and it is a close match. I will check in the morning and find out what the name is.
