the wifes honda 200e has some issues.. the battery is dead.. but the machine will still start and run fine.. BUT the headlight switch wont shut the lights off. and when you would rev it up the lught wil get slightly brighter than dim out and the motor would start to bog out. since i couldnt get the headlight off by the switch i unplugged the wiring from the back of it and it revs just fine now...

im not sure what it could be??? a short in the wiring? acting up because the battery is dead?? any ideas?

probably a bad switch,causing your stater to work to hard thus causing the engine bog.

thats kind of what i was thinking... ill have to source out a new switch or by pass it .. she wont be doing any night riding.. but it would be nice for her lights to work so if it snows when were riding she wil be safer
