How do I go about changing the oil on a 1981 ATC 200.
I assume there is an oil plug at the bottom of the block, but I can not find where the oil filter is at?
Is it a screen type that I just clean out?
How many quarts of oil does it hold?
Thanks,

Drain bolt is below the pull starter. Once you take the bolt out there is a little screen behind it. Capacity is about a quart.

Thanks Rob.
That's and interesting spot, I would have bet good money that it was on the bottom of the engine.
Is it recommended to tip the trike to the side to help drain the oil?
Do all the models of 200cc (1981-83 200, 84-87 200S, 200M, 200E, ext.) ATC trikes have the drain bolt in this location? Seems odd, but as long as it works, it ok ;-)
Thanks,

Yeah you could tip it or prop it against something if you want. I have only had a 185s and 200x so I know they have the drain there, but I am pretty sure the other ones you list also do since they are basically the same engines besides electric start for the E and M.
