It's a very creative way to create an even more dangerous version of a 3 wheeler. Maybe his parents wouldn't allow him to have a 3 wheeler since they are so dangerous and this was the logical solution...

Sadly it's the truth, the fact that three wheelers are "dangerous" has spawned all kinds of ugly contraptions in the name of "not letting a good engine and rear wheels go to waste"
