Gas leaking fom , I guess the bowl over flow from carb.

Is it supposed to have a constent drip. from the over flow from the bottom of the carb, (klein carb)

Overflow is normally on the side. The bottom is the drain. Try tightening the screw. But either way they shouldn't drip. If it is the overflow you can adjust the float as long as it isn't an all plastic one.
