i have seen a pic of a 200es big red with a 200x front forks on it and i was wondering how hard it is to do that
how mutch customization?

i run a 200e with 250SX forks. about the same thing. It takes cutting and welding a new steering stem into the frame from an old 200x or 250sx. so it's not easy. too me about 9-10 hours of work because I was being overly causious on how I did mine for strength and support.

you have to weld the stering stem of the x on to the frame of the es?

Not the stem, but the front of the frame that the stem goes into.

isnt there a way to press out the steer tubes of the forks?

it's the side of the steer tube on the frame itself. not the insides. the entore tube on the es si smaller by several mm than the 200x ones.
