well rear axle Is shot on my Chinese quad and the engine is/was a dog :( so it is getting the big engine transplant. I cut up the frame made my own mounts, and droppe in my kaw klt200c engine :) the weird part eS that the wiring was the same! On the quad and the 84 kaw... Will get some pics on later, still gotta mod up my trimoto 125 rear axle..

well i got a pic of the quad all together before the teardown. Then i've been busy, I got the Kaw 200cc mounted, and i got the trimoto 125 axle about installed. I have to modify the swingarm still, finish the frame, the get a jackshaft to line up the sprockets for the chain, btw where can i find a jackshaft that is the correct pitch for the stock 84 klt200c chain??

Ok, well i spent some more time out in the barn and got the swingarm finished and the trimoto rear axle is now installed on the quad.

List of what is left to do:

Make the cradle for foot rests, and gusset the frame in places

attach the rear brakes, and graph the rear foot pedal from the trimoto to the quad

hone the cylinder, install new ring set, and gaskets

finally get a jackshaft, install it, get the chains on and ride!!!

ok, an update. I got the rear hydrolic brake caliper on, and almost have the foot rests and frame completely finished! I got the sprockets and bearings and bearing holders to make my jackshaft, should be up and running soon, gotta get to the honda shop on tuesday and order my ring set and gaskets! what do you guys think so far?
