Finally got my invader back together and on the trail, this things is a riot, more than enough power, and easy to throw around. had it completely apart. new sliders, bearings, shock, seal kit, fuel lines, oil lines, key switch, and new throttle cable. the engine was fun to work on, needed to build some tooling to get it apart but well worth the effort. thanks to xfile for information and some tips. here she is with my custom touches. ( tried edited other thread's title, but couldnt figuer it out)

yes it is the one i got for free, got ins on it today $165 for the year, antique trail pass 35$, and getting the paperwork done tomorrow so i can get a new plate and get it in my name. had a few minor problems, lost and found and idler wheel, forgot to tighten the clamp on the water pump, and gas line going to the fuel pump kept kinking or coming off, everything's good as of now, except the snow, witch is getting better.

well i thought id post an update, my little 340 screamer hit 70mph a crossed the head pond today:twisted: ran with a 04 XC600 twin, and she held her own for him having almost double the cc's. but my secondary gave up on me, about 20 miles later, any tips on rebuilding a Polaris style secondary? or should i get somebody with the knowledge and tools to do it? these kawasakis almost have too much power for the chassis:rolleyes:
