Need help with stud pattern for Big Red 200

What would the best way to go in studding my three wheeler tires. I already have the chains on the back, but need some help turning. I bought some of the Kold Kutters in 3/8 " No clue on where to put the studs, and if adding some on the back with chains will help. The old girl is just used for ice fishing.

Het Chicken Man......I stud my tires on the top of the tire lugs. I just use 1 stud per lug and I'm good to go. I also use Slime in them to stop any potential leaks. I get around just fine with just the studs and no chains. Where are you from Bud? I live in the Central MI area and I'm always looking for fishing partners.
