Help identifying KLT200 $100 parts bike

I just found another Klt200 on craigslist for 100 bucks :crazy::crazy:. anyway to tell what year this thing could be? by platics (color).

Thinking about buying it for parts for the first KLT i bought , main things i need is a wireing harness and better looking plastics , I know the plastics will fit but its the wrieing im worried about . the seller knows nothing about the machine . any help would be much appriciated .

I would say 83 or 84. There is supposed to be a sticker on the steering stem that has the year on it. But they can fall off.
