250R Headlight Shroud Swap Out Question

Not sure how the grommets, etc come out of the old shroud and go in the new one. Can someone throw up some detailed instructions, or maybe someone has pics out there?

You need to remove the little plastic center pins in the grommets.Usually a screwdriver pops them right out.
Then you just twist the rubber grommets out of the shroud,and then re-install them.
We actually had Billet pins made to dress up the old OEM plastic pins.
