First quad

I'm migrating to the darkside for the first time. Gonna be getting my first quad, Monday or Tuesday. 1990 TRX300 2wd. Needs only rear brakes valve cover gasket and right side cover gasket. Runs good, new air filter, no bearings out. Just something to take on the more challenging trails where there is a need for a fully suspended machine. Gonna useit to carry all my supplies, and back up stuff while riding. Gonna try and get a winch for cheap for it. Kinda a rescue quad.

Sell it and buy a suspended 3 wheeler! Lighter, and better whichever model you choose hands down.

Will, do. been wanting a quad for sometime but couldn't really decide what. Knew it had to be a Honda, but didin't want something that would drown me in electrical stuff (PS, ES, GPS, etc). And I know how reliable these old 300's are, we just got in as a trade in on a new 420 Rancher at the dealership. Hope to be crusing it this next weekend or earlier.
