Need info on 250R fork oil....

I'm changing the fork oil on my 85 250R and need some advice on oil height and weight. What is stock and is anybody running thicker oil with good results? I'm running stock springs right now and weigh about 190. Thanks!

I run 15w PJ1 or Fuchs silkoline....they both seem to work well and are thicker than ATF.

I use hondaline 10w fork oil in my 250r front forks and it works great for me .
