Here's one of my dirtbikes I recently picked up.
Cost me $200, with tons of extra parts (over $250 worth) as it wouldn't stay running. I figured if I could make it start even briefly with carb spray, it could easily be rebuilt.
Bought it in Rhode Island....it came with a clear MA title! It will need a horn, and new tires to pass inspection once spring comes around. But honestly, I'm going to take the rear plastic off my china 49cc moped (with a moped sticker on it) and put it on the back of this bike.
If I get pulled over, it's a replica of the old style mopeds....with a yamaha seat cover!
Work done/needed:
Clutch was bad, needed plates
Carb work
Rear tire needed tube
Spark plug 'cap' - Replaced that (extra brand new one included) and it started the next kick!
Here it is:

The exhaust cover plate wasn't on in the picture, but I have it. Also have the front fender.
It's a 1972 Yamaha AT2 125cc. I think I saw 'atc1' on the engine, so maybe that's not original. (AT1 was same time/before the AT2, so it's even older)
Amazing to think this bike is almost 40 years old and still running...with electric start and a key and clean motorcycle title!
Anyone else have/used to have one of these?
