rickybudz Tuned up machine and I am checkin!
Please do not post video of riding without a helmet.
Please read this -
All riding pictures or videos posted on the forum whether linked or attached must depict the riders wearing minimal safety gear (This means a helmet). If you post pictures of you or your friends riding without a helmet then theres a fair chance the post will get deleted. If in life or death circumstances where you absolutely positively HAVE TO post a picture of someone riding without a helmet then draw one onto them with Windows paint or similar application.

I won't argue with anyone on this but we ride the one ATV (trikes) thats gets the blame for driver error. if you read the reports you'll see 95% of the deaths were caused by not wearing a helmet..I for one am all in favor of helmets and so should everyone else. We get a bad rap to begin with lets not make it worse and lump us in with the rest. If she would of slid into the house or SUV you'd be sining a different tune. Her and her boyfreind are new to three wheelers and mistakes will be made. No biggie I just hope she does have one though.

A liitle story about wearing a helmet.
I just got my 250es, very tractor like when you are used to a yz450. So I did not feel I or my son needed a helmet. My son was riding and then the next thing he knows he was laying on the ground with his ears ringing and the 3 wheeler flipped. He still does not remember what happened. I went to the scene of the accident and could tell that he just clipped the back tire on a tree. He will never get on it again without a helmet even if just cruising around.
Experience will also tell you that boots are just as important.

One last thing. I noticed this site is quite the censored site, let's all not forget about the fourth amendment here people! At least for us Americans! As you say tho, Rules are Rules! -Jennybudz!

Law of the land is fine and dandy. We (the moderators and admins) can't control what you do personaly. We ARE responsible for this site and it's representation of our sport and our beloved three wheelers. We (3wheelerworld) are free to impose AND enforce whatever rules we see fit in order to protect the website, the club, and the view visitors have of us. One of those rules is no depictions of riding any atv without minimum proper saftey gear (a helmet) will be allowed to remain on these boards.
Remember magazines and other officials do visit sites like this one. We must represent ourselves well.
This is not a question of what is "legal" or what is with in someone's "rights" or the law.
This is a question of what is allowable on 3wheelerworld.com
This post is just an FYI from your friendly moderator team. jennybudz welcome to the forum, and please don't feel you're being picked on or singled out. My post is a simple FYI on a topic that comes up from time to time and sometimes it's good for our memebership to be reminded of our rules.
Thanks! And by all means, PLEASE post up some pics of you riding your trike once you have your lid! Lots of guys on this site, and most have never seen a girl ride before. lol!

Hell up in NewHampshire and im sure other states, its legal to ride a motorcycle without a helmet. Now that is just plain stupid. It actually makes me mad thinking about it. I crashed my bike last summer, and if it wasnt for the helmet I probably wouldnt be here talking to you right now. But hey, to each there own.

I 100% agree with the helmet safety! She was just in the driveway. I went out to the road and got arrested for being on a public roadway. So the trip was goin to be short. She was just checking if the Throttle was still sticking when she turned to the right. She went a little haywire, as we all do after our bike's are back in the right, safe running order! The video link was deleted from this site and is still on you tube! Jennifer and Myself (Rick), mean no harm by posting what we post! We both firmly believe in Safety First, by all means! We post pictures and video's to share our enjoyment of a aged long passion of many, from our generation! Our pictures and video's are just memories we have shared with our Passion together and shared with many of you, with the same interest! We follow the rules of any activity we partake in(she does anyhow!), and most laws of any land we visit! So we mean no harm to anyone, or recommend operating Your ATV in an Unsafe manner! Just tring to share our memorable moments with you. We will choose carefully next Time. Thanks! The Budz

I was on my bike once, doing about 80 on the highway, and a sparrow popped out of the ditch and exploded on the top of my helmet, much like a large insect on your windshield... Loved my helmet then, love my new one even better... Had to pull off and clean off my helmet, and my shorts...

seen that happen many times in summer i use an open face helmet and when it gets to dusk and you have your lights on all the bugs come your way and doing 70 while continuously getting hit by big bugs is painful. and i have hit my share of birds too they hurt bad!

Good rule...shows responsibility and even better yet, I think it encourages some of us (myself included) to wear our helmets more often!
