So, it looks like one stud is broken off flush and the other is too short to be useful. Here's what I'd do:
- soak 'em both in PB Blaster or similar for days
- you can probably take the longer one out with a pair of vise grips - a little heat wouldn't hurt
- on the short one, I'd use a reverse drill bit to drill it out. Use a center punch to start it right in the middle. The good thing about a reverse bit is they usually grab the bolt and back it out long before it's drilled through.
My 110 does not have studs on the cylinder. Just use some bolts and a fresh gasket.
For oil, use any name brand non-synthetic. Better to use a motorcycle specific. I actually run diesel oil (Rotella or Delo) in my bikes and trikes. It's only a quart so you could even run by your closest motorcycle shop and pick up a $5 quart of Honda brand (or Suzuki brand or Yamaha brand).
I know nothing about the Ebay carbs.

IMO e-bay carbs suck. if you post a thread in Trikesylvania about carbs the guys will point you in the direction that you need to go. but again this is just my opinion

o and for the studs. reverse drill bit on the broken one and a stud extractor on the one thats not long enough and the just use some bolts that are the same threads as the studs

I would try getting a junkyard carb off either a trail 90 or similar and mounting it. it may be different, but its close and parts are plentiful. also try the TRX90. they are good as well. jb is right Rotella works real good in those motors.

OK, I would stick with studs, a stud is easier to fix than a hole in aluminium.
If you are going to take a stud out, use two nuts... put two nuts on the stud, tighten them against each other (not at the bottom) then undo the stud with one of the nuts.
As for getting the broken one out, the best way is to find someone with a mig welder and put a dab of weld onto the broken stud, the weld will stick to the steel stud and not the aluminium of the head. This is when you get the vice grips out, grip onto the weld and unscrew the broken stud.
As for the china ebay carb, dont expect it to work straight from the box.
I would use the cheapest 20w-50 grade oil you can find especially if you want to fix it cheap.
I would also through a set of points on her, they are likely to be rusty and worn.
