Gday gday from down under once again. Not sure how many of you seen the build on my trx 500r, But if yas did you will know i was in the middle of adapting a couter balancer to the big girl to try an stop some of those dreaded vibrations, Well finally its all finished ready to go back in the quad and test fire IM SCARED LOL cheers.

Not sure yet mate.Ive gotta do a few little mods to the frame and then put it all back together and its time to fire it up god help me, Ill probably cop a balance shaft to the forehead lol

Wow!~ Very cool mate! You got balls. That's a man who is willin to take the plunge! Great work there. Please keep us informed. A certain gender might not be as interested to see the vibes canceled out, but this is a well needed improvement. Kudos to ya, very impressive!

I saw your youtube videos. Beside the counterbalancer, looks like you did a forward kicker? Could you post some picks of how you set that up. Give us an update on how everything works. You've got me all F&%#ed up, wanting to build another 500 quad. After 4 years of repairing constant vibration cracks and breaks, I sold it. I went with a counterbalanced XR650r engine. It's cool but there's nothing like the feel of a five-hundo.

Well i fired it up with all new standard crank and added weight to the balancer wow what a difference quad doesnt dip forward when i hit the throttle and theres only slight vibes at full throttle cant beleive it finally gunna be able to ride it without bolts fallen out.
