Here is what I started with. It's not what it seams... the kicker wouldn't engage, front wheel bearings shot, swinger bearings shot, carrier bearings shot, water in the oil, forks blown.... there's more but you get the idea.

The rest of the pics are after a complete teardown. Powder coated the frame and misc, parts + a lot of polishing.

Looks good. Is that the stock swinger? Those forks look good.

that swinger doesnt look stock (Too Long) SWEET R man, I love seeing forgotin about 3 wheelers getting completely made over.

Thanks..... yep.... stock swinger.

I forgot to post up a link to my last project.... not a 3 wheeler but some folks find it interesting. I built the entire thing from scratch, chassis and all.
