:wondering took the 86 tecate 3 out today rode around for about ten minutes , then cut if off to let other friends get get their bikes off the trailer. when i went to crank it it wouldnt do a thing, checked the plug and it wasnt firing. where do i start,(stator,igniter,or coil) sumbody please help!!!:mad:

These machines are known to have stator/flywheel issues. I would start there.

also when i was checking it for a spark , sumtimes it would spark but was veeerrrryyyyy weak when i could eventually get it to by kicking it over bout 20 times really fast

possibly a worn out coil, it looks like the saturation effect has faded. is the coil/stator original or replaced?

both original the stator cover did have some condensation in it also when it was taken off

Check your grounds and connections for your electronics. You might check your kill switch as well. Unplug and replug your connections.
