I posted Possible atc 90 performance upgrades. I took another look at the carb that was on the bike. The previous owner said that there is a bigger carb on it. He also gave me the original carb. I pulled it again today and measured the outlet and it is 22mm. It is also a Kliehin. I noticed that the intake runner was still 16mm. I port matched it to the carb and polished it inside. So if I want to get a rebuild kit I need to know what its off of. What size jet should I run in it?

looks like a stock 110 or 185 carb

Looks just like the carb on my 84 110 engine. I also have a 84 200s carb. It looks similar but the choke is different.
It originally had a #82 main jet. Mine has a Supertrap on it and open paper air filter but is otherwise stock. I bumped to a #84 main and raised the needle one clip.
It ran OK with original jetting but would not idle. I rebuilt the carb including the jetting changes when I did the top end (only had 100PSI).
I have not run the engine since the rebuilt/rejet - total guess on the jetting.
I hope some of this helps...
