Yeah that seat is pretty bad, get a new red or blue seat cover and it will look really good.

Sorry bout the seat i didnt have the fome so i used the fome from a 125M seat and the only material i had was the leather i dont have the mony for a cover... it surves its purpose. LOL

Yea just change the seat, and maybe the handlebars...everything seems nice beside that :-D you did a great job

I used steel wool and alot of time its not done yet tho :twisted:

Steel wool got the motor that shiny. Damn I might have to try that it sounds a lot easier :D

He painted the engine after cleaning it up. I like the Honda name painted red too...it sets it off

Huh I might have to try that. What kind of paint did he use? Just regular high temperature paint or what?

I think so...you would have to ask him that. I think he used flat black on the head and a glossy black on the cases.

Yep gloss on the cases and head but high temp on the cylnder just dont cake it on the motor. :-P

I'm looking at an '86 200x--how hard is it to find parts and is it worth it? (compared to the 83-85)
