hey there
Been walking around this new biike for a while, throwing known working
ignition parts at it from working bikes.
Yay! Have spark, and quickstart had it try to start..soooo off to find a gastank.
2 days cleaning a tank, hooked it up just sitting across the frame so I didn't even touch any wires and now no fire, no spark.
I haven't run this bike yet so not sure I want to tear it all apart for a stator
coil if the motor or gearbox is hosed.
If the stator is supposed to put out 12 volts at 200 watts,
why can't we pretend it has 12 volts from the stator with a low amperage 12 volt source, like a battery or low amp adapter from, say, a radio or tape player.
..or has this new bike cause me to lose my grip of rationality?
