Can anyone tell me if any parts are interchangeable between a 1984 200x and a 1984 250r? Things like front and rear brake callipers, footpegs, clutch lever, light switches etc

The front brakes are the same. The on/off switch is the same. Some of the rear brakes are the same. No sure about the rest.

I think just about any honda clutch lever will work, the footpegs are different
