This is a place about an hour from London that is / was a Ministry of Natural Resources re-forestation project. Probably 100kms or so of trails to ride that range from wide double track to very tight bike singletrack, a very sandy area the more the trails get used the more whooped they become. The area can get swampy in the NE corner in the spring and Summer if there is much rain but if it dries up those are the smoothest areas as well
riding is totally legal and free, Your machine needs to be Ontario Green Plated (Off Road) and you need insurance, The MNR and OPP do frequent the location.
