I got new orings from Dratv. I had one of my tires busted down. Got home and put the new o ring in it and aired it up, Still leaks in between. The rims are not damaged and they have been sandblasted and painted inside and out so the matting surface is clean and smooth.
I'm out of ideas what to do besides putting a inner tube in it.

I use water proof grease by Danco,Inc. Its a clear type and its safe for o rings, and best of all it works and never gets hard. A plumber buddy told me this trick 15 years ago. Also used on the bead on non split rims.

Would the stuff that you can make gaskets work?
Sounds like the o-ring isn't in quite right, Use some grease,,,on it. Use some dish soap/water on the bead of the tire...makes it easier to get the holes lined up...Tighten down the 3 nuts in Stages's...If you ram one right tight off the bat the o-ring will push out and not seal correctly..

I used sly glide on the o ring. I'm to see if I can find something that is a bit thicker.

i would use some dawn dish liquid and water in a spray bottle ,spray around both rim beeds while tire is off the beed and but still on the rim air it up and should be good but using grease may lube trailprotrailpro tire to much and cause trailprotrailpro rim to spin in side trailprotrailpro tire while riding were as dawn and water dries ,thats what i have always done and have had no problems
