i had that problem with my klt 200c but it was just because clutch cable was too tight. In trailprotrailpro case id first check and make sure the chain aint too tight. and if everythings good there id take a look at the cintrifucal clutch.

Have both hubs spun out the splines at the wheels?

With the back end in the air the wheels turn. Once back on the ground it won't move. Check the front brake for proper operation. Could be seized.
Does the front wheel turn? It could be front wheel bearings. Does it roll at all?

Bearings could be bad and when the force of the bike applied they just lock

Too little information given to accurately figure out the problem.

here are some possible things it could be:
Bad clutch
Bad gears
Bad sprocket (s )
Stripped shafts ( axle, output, )
Ect.

To accurately help we need info such as: ( while tires on the ground ) does it try to move? Does it make any noises? Is so, where are they coming from? ect, ect....
The more info we get the better help you can or will recieve.

A few properly placed: ",,..!!::??" wouldn't hurt either.
