I have a 200s that just runs rich all the time and doesn't want to idle. I rebuilt the carb and was wondering if I put the mixture screw parts in wrong. I looked at the pictures from Honda and didn't see exactly how it should go back. Should the parts be put in rubber o-ring, washer, spring, then screw or washer, o-ring, spring, then screw?

Thanks,

Tom

i need to know too

I have a 200 carb and a couple 250 carbs in my kitchen so they need to get reassembled and outta here before gf gets ome

sure looks like the 250 ones has a a coller type thingie near the screw part of the pilot screw which would perfectly fit an O ring

there was nothing on either the 200 or 250 rubber o ring wise but I guess we're gonna find out sooner or later.

Where did you find the diagram?

thanks

MonroeMike told it
washer needs to be between the o-ring and the spring unless the sharp spring gonna blow the o-ring when youll be trying the turn the screw
