So I asked questions and did some research and ppl said that the 56mm piston kit will work on the ATC 90. I had to get a 110 cylinder, crank/rod, head bolts and timing chain. I brought the cylinder to the machine shop and they said the wall will be paper thin. So after I have all the parts now I can't do it. The 54mm piston on DrATV is probably a 14mm wrist pin. Will a cylinder off a 125m swap over to my engine? Would this solve the problem?

No. They have a different way of bolting down as well.
Get them to bore the 110 cylinder. It will be fine and as long as you don't thrash the crap out of it continuously.
I keep mentioning you have to bore your cases as well.

I already did that myself. The shop said they couldn't set it up to bore. I took a 60 grit flap wheel and a die grinder and got it to 57.8mm.
