1983 Atc 250r ($800)

I was looking on craiglist and saw a guy has a 83 250r for sale and he says (this wheeler is in very nice shape body has NO cracks the set just split has a new front tire and good back ones it is piped i pulled the head off and piston out the rings are shoot and she needs to be bored out 2o over) I never had a 250r before and want one really bad and also is pretty reasonable. What would it cost to rebuild it? and is it worth buying it?

If it needs engine work to run, it better look really good for $800. Got any pictures? It will cost you from $200-$400 for a top end. Depending on where you go to get the cylinder bored.
