Pilot jet is clogged....for one reason or another. Check the bottom of the fuel tank, flow to the carb, and pull the carb and check the bowl and pilot jet. Order a carb kit so you'll have fresh seals and a new needle/seat on hand when you put it back together.

Hey thanks yate, i forgot to mention i did put a carb kit in it also could this have something to do with coil, stator, timeing pretty simple as far as carb got gas spark should fire takes 10 to 15 pulls then dont idel nice my other 3 first pull when nice outside pure like a kitten trying to learn more about the tech side of it, would it be bad ground at coil.

if the pilot jet is not clogged and you put a carb kit in it and there is a new spark plug with good spark then maybe check your compression. how does it run once running? can you ride it around and stuff?

Yes has tons of power throttle responce is great just trying to start it is the problem and getting a good idle.

its not low compression then. hmmmm.....your pilot idle screw is probably out of adjustment. check out a manual from this site to help you out
