I have a 1985 Yamaha dr 225. I was out to my camp driving it when it statred pulling to one side. I went back to the camp and my dad said it was the hub that broke. It has already looked like someone has already welded the hub before. I was wondering if a 225dx or a 200e hub would be interchangeable for my bike? If I cant find a hub for my bike I will have to grind the old weld off and weld it again, but its tricky business, if you apply to much heat it will worp that hub and axel and the tire will just bounce. If this has happened to anyone on here let me know what you did, and if they can be interchangeable, thanks

everything on the front wheel interchanges with the 225dx. im not sure on the 200. I have one ( see picture) if you want to work out a deal on it. as you can see in the pic i'll aslo send the stickers we have talked about before. IM me if you are interested in this part. This part is from a 1985 225dx. everything is there the axle, hub, drum, the pads are there but you will need new ones. Thanks Kirby

yeah exact same trike i just dont have reverse. i just done some more work on it , rebuilt the carb and changed the handlebars. The new handlebars are blue and match the color of my trike so they look great. i'll post some pic because i also put a few more stickers. it runs great and is pretty much stock. i've only had it since december so its still a work in progress.

there made by moose racing. i didnt see the need to drop $100 plus on a set of high end handlebars from pro taper or renthal for a utility trike that i trail ride. now if i had a Tri Z, Tecate, or a 250R then i would spend that kinda money.

true dat man! moose racing is really good to though. Mine are just stock but the hand grips are scott. And thats all I use my bike for is trail riding and may have to swing through the occasional mud hole lol.
