honda 200s motor won't go into neutral.whats up

Anyone have any ideas why i can't get this thing to go into neutral?I have tried to adjust,but still nothing.It's P M O:mad:

sounds like either something jammed or the gears got unaligned on you .. i have pulled many 200 trannys apart i got cheap because someone said its siezed and all that was wrong was a gear wasnt lined up to mesh with the others ..
