Awesome, Triker-Gate! The scandal will be EXPOSED!!
Billy is 100% right. There is SO MUCH DATA that it will take many, many people to go through. Almost have to split the data up in sections between people and all collaboration on their assigned section. The community of 3ww and the world needs to see what was done. How so many games were played and truths made from false statements. I believe that once the truth and real fact is laid out that a call to TV anchors will be inline. I truly believe the news anchors will absolutely jump at the chance to be the one who takes a look back at the 3 wheeled ATVs. With all the new data acquired and available to the public, the way it should have been, the news will eat it up.

It's my understanding that the consent decree was for a finite 10 years (basically a moratorium) and that, technically, today manufacturers could begin producing trikes again but just haven't. I'm a die-hard three wheel guy and new to 3WW forums. I find this topic very interesting and always have felt that the only reason trikes were banned was due to ignorance, fear mongering tactics and hatred of people who hate most all motorsports. We have people getting killed all the time in autos but no one is seeking (or sought) a restriction on them! Nooooooo...
However, I don't think you'll get far with the media today. It's been too long ago and too few people out there care what with all the other stuff in the world going on. I'd like like to see the truth come out though. I think only through fans / owners of three wheelers like us that their legacy will continue.

the trike ban is a bunch off bulls**t the reason people get killed is their own fault surely there is equipment failure but theres a point of not knowing how to properly handle the atc i live in nfld and atc numbers are strong the best bikes ever built!:TrikesOwn
If there are enough people behind it. It can come back. Look at those backward 3 wheelers
out there. When taking on morons usually the morons out number the people with common
sense but I'm in with you guys. Put it back in the mainstream.

The only way it is ever going to make a comeback is for 3 wheeler enthuesiests to make manufacture and produce a 3 wheeler line again. Don't wait for Honda, Yamaha, Kawisaki or any other manufacturer to make them. All they see is law suits. If it could be done like Orange County Choppers it could be brought back into the main stream.

I spoke with Honda on this subject early this year and they said they might build the ATC again but not in the immediate future, so it is a possibility. From what I gathered in the conversation is they are thinking about it.

Yes I spoke with a honda rep and I asked if they had any plans of building the ATC again and their exact words were" Its a possibility but not in the immediate future".Also when I asked about discontinued ATC parts hey said they would produce them again but ONLY if its for a new model year. For instance the 2012 TRX450R has the rubber clutch over and among other small parts are the same exact part for the 86-87 200X 85-86 350X.
