can someone please tell me if any yr, make 200 intake will fit my 86 200X ( not tryingto "check up on ya" 84honda200s ) just want to be certain and i love posting lol

The 86-87 intake is longer than the 83-85. Not sure if it can be built up with spacers. The angle could be different.

thanks for the reply i put some rtv silicone over the crack and already the idle is perfect i didnt get a chance to ride yet though. ive got plenty of duct tape for a quick fix.

That's what I did with mine that has cracks around the bolt bosses. I washed it down with brake parts cleaner and coated it with black silicone. If you wanted something super durable, black urethane from an auto glass installer would be even stronger, but it costs around $20 or more a tube.

thanks guys , i also finaly located the illusive "t" mark and got the valve clearance set right , it all made a big diff still waiting to up one jet size 112 to 115 but she fires right up first kick no choke and idles like a champ. thanks all and i cant wait to ride the thing
