my US 90 tires need vulcanizing

2 of the 3 balloon tires on my 1970 US90 have holes in them not cuts so they should be repairable.
Anyone know where to get them fixed properly? Vulcanized from the outside.
Area where I live they want the tire off the rim, well not going to happen.

why cant you take the tire off?

because they are the first generation atc 90 balloon tire that is molded to the wheel.

How Big of holes...? Might Be able to point you in the right direction...Wont be OE But will look Decent..

front has a couple pin size holes
rear has one with a tire plug in it
