Have a 67mm sleeved bore that measures like 67.18mm, 67.25mm, and 67.30mm at the most.
2-stroke motor.
Would an OEM cast style piston 67.50mm be a good choice for the next overbore size?
Should be fine as long as that is as Big of out-round it gets, Close enough to Hone it to size...

I dont know much other than it would be honed to size if that close, Thanks for the input!
I did my best to measure with a manual bore gauge and a digital caliper.
I found an ART 67.50 piston kit with K&S top end gaskets and wrist pin bearing all for $75
Should mention..with no large gauges also...a Mic would be ideal..i find digital calipers real finicky to get exact some times...Also need to measure it after the Glaze has been taken off the Cyl...Check around the transfers and above and below the exaust real careful...

No large gouges. Some vertical scratches but not enough to catch a finger nail.
I'll do a quick hone and check again and cross my fingers- I ordered the parts already.
thanks for the advice.

May I ask where, and if any more for an air cooled R?
