Quite likely you only need seals. Hopefully the tubes aren't scored or rusted and will not seal well. There is inner bushings that can wear out, but I never bothered to replace them.

Fork seals was the first thing I did when I got my trike. Used ATF for the fluid. Working great. I used some made in Italy seals that I bought at a local motorcycle accessory shop for around $20.00.

Don't forget you will need new dust seals too....these are the seals you see on the fork....the actual fork seals are under them..I have only seen dust seals available from honda. Cheap cycle parts sells the OEM kits for each side...it will cost you just over $40.00 + shipping but you get both dust seals and both fork oil seals, and there original honda parts to boot.

Im having the same problem with my 350x. Are all seals pretty much the same? What brand should i get? Also what Fork oil should i use?

NO, I like OEM seals....... It's allot of work to the the forks off and clean them out - screw "leakproof" I NEVER EVER buy anything but OEM seals and you better make sure the bushings are tight, you run fork boots and there are no nicks in the portion below the lower fork clamp............

How much do you weigh, how high do you jump?

If your 150lbs and don't take big leaps, 10-15wt is fine or ATF fluid......

I run 20Wt with 84 250R damping rods and thats not even good enough for a 210lb man; I'm upgrading to an 86R front end soon..........

I weigh about 185 and almost never jump... where do you buy the oem seals?

Then run ATF with no preload spacers......

OEM = HONDA or best price at Service Honda, you'll need the kit for each side.

Best to tear them down 1st and inspect all the goodies, just my .02c
