10w-40

I just got some atc70's and i need to change thier oil and i don't know what oil to use im thinking about using 10W-40.

... depending on how well the clutch/tranny is performing and on how many hours are on the motor - I use just straight 30wt non-detergent, dinosoar oil in all my machines - mostly because I got it for free and we used to use it in the generator servicing I did at my old job - but if the clutch is worn, has wornout throwout bearings/shafts or if its really hot out, I'll use a 10 or 20W40/50 blend. I've never really believed in shelling out $8 a quart for the H.P. 4-stroke blends like Maxima.
